All personally information no longer required is removed from our system and destroyed appropriately.

In line with the Freedom of Information Act 1982 staff and participants have a right to request access to personal information that HYPAR holds about them and to update or change personal information about them if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-dated. HYPAR reserves the right to deny a request to access or amend personal information if we believe this reasonably poses a risk to the safety of any individual. A denied request will be notified in writing.
