HYPAR
Residential
Care
What We Do
We have two Residential Care programs to ensure we provide the best care to young people whilst meeting their needs. These include a ‘Male-to-Male’ program which is supported by a team of male Mentors and ‘Co-Res’ program in which mentors are tailored depending on the individuals or sibling groups that come into our care.
Our Practice Framework
Our practice framework is trauma-informed, with a focus on emotional and physical safety and wellbeing. We understand that the needs of the Young Person can be fluid, and adapt our response based on their current needs and goals. These practices form the basis for Young People to develop essential life skills, including self-care, personal wellness, social interaction, and effective social integration.
